In the midst of winter, I painted 5 beautiful blue and white birds in my favorite Delft blue watercolor while listening to music and dreaming of flying away to warmer places. Inspired by my love for all things floral, birds and folklore, I let them fly on delicate strings from a wire mobile in my living room and shared my work on social media.
The response I got has been so wonderful and overwhelming that I decided to share the beauty and elegance of these birds in a small printed edition!

I created this set from my original birds for you to decorate your home with and to enjoy those beautiful birds fly as well! Watch them twirl, dance and slowly turn in the air endlessly mesmerizing you with their movements.

The set contains:
- 5 printed birds with approximate wingspans of 23-25cm / 9-10 inches each
- the birds and instructions are printed on 400g/m2 high quality cardstock made from matte PEFC certified paper
- instructions with images on how to cut out and assemble your mobile with a few easy steps are included. You will need a pair of scissors, a needle, optionally some glue and some quiet minutes to cut out the birds and assemble the mobile
- wires with linen strings pre-glued to them are attached to the back of the set. The wires are all ready to hang. You will only need to attach the 5 birds to the strings.

- The hanging mobile has an approximate size of 55cm / 22 inches diameter and 75 / 30 inches height (from the topmost wire to the lowest bird)
- All cardstock is PEFC certified paper, all packaging is made from 100% recycled cardboard except for one transparent foil envelope I added for protection.
- Your mobile will come in a flat, padded mailer and will be sent by air mail if you order from overseas.
